The logistics, answered
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. James carries $2,000,000 in liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance naming your venue. Just give him the venue's requirements in advance.
What do you need from the venue?
Power near the performance area and a protected spot if the event is outdoors. James brings his own sound system, lighting and microphones.
How early do you arrive?
Setup takes 1 to 1.5 hours before the event starts. Load-in, parking and a day-of contact are confirmed with you ahead of time.
What about rain?
Outdoor outlets and stage areas need to be covered or coverable. An indoor backup plan is always smart, especially in Florida.
How big a room can you play?
Sound is sized to the event: setups for 25 to 100 guests, 100 to 150, and 150+.
Do you travel?
Yes. James is based in Naples, performs regularly across Southwest Florida and in Rhode Island, and travels for corporate events nationwide.
Can you make announcements?
Yes. The Signature package includes a wireless mic for speeches and awards, plus emcee announcements.
